What are Mailaway credits?
Credits are how you send email on Mailaway: one credit sends one email to one subscriber. Paid plans include a set number of credits each month that reset when your subscription renews. You are never charged for the size of your list, only for the emails you actually send.
Can I import my existing subscribers from another platform?
Export your contacts from your current tool as a CSV, then upload them under Audience. There is no limit on how many you can bring over, and you can tag them as you import. New lists are reviewed within one to three business days to confirm permission, then they are ready to email.
Is my data safe with Mailaway?
Mailaway only sends to contacts you have permission to email, and every campaign includes a one-click unsubscribe so your list stays compliant. Imported lists are reviewed to meet privacy requirements, and Mailaway is built and operated by Sellfy, a platform trusted by creators since 2011.
