Mailaway prohibits the following types of emails:

You may not send emails that: Promote illegal, fraudulent, or misleading offers (e.g., scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive financial services). Contain false or misleading subject lines (e.g., “You Won a Prize!” when no such prize exists). Impersonate another person or entity without authorization. Contain malware, viruses, or phishing attempts. Include adult content, pornography, or escort services. Market gambling, casinos, or high-risk financial products (e.g., cryptocurrency, forex, day trading).
Prohibited Sending Practices
You may not: Send bulk emails to purchased, rented, or third-party lists. Harvest or scrape email addresses from websites, forums, or social media. Use deceptive tactics to trick users into subscribing. Send emails to users who have opted out or marked your emails as spam. Use Mailaway solely for transactional emails without marketing intent.
Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
4. Email Sending Limits & Monitoring
To maintain high deliverability and compliance, Mailaway enforces:
Sending Limits: Users are subject to sending limits based on their subscription plan and account reputation. Spam Complaint Monitoring: We track complaint rates, and accounts with excessive spam complaints may be flagged for review or suspended. Bounce Rate & List Hygiene Requirements:
- If your hard bounce rate exceeds certain threshold, your account may be temporarily restricted.
- Users are expected to regularly clean their email lists and remove inactive or invalid addresses.
5. How We Enforce This Policy
Mailaway actively monitors and enforces its Anti-Spam Policy through:
Automated Compliance Checks – Monitoring spam complaints, bounce rates, and list quality. Manual Reviews – Conducting audits on flagged accounts or high-risk campaigns. Warnings & Suspensions – Mailaway reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if severe violations occur.
